I love their food and the service is generally good. However, when I tried to use coupons that had no expiration date or... anything like that, they said the coupons could only be used in November. I think it's in bad form to not allow use of a couponwhen there is no date on said coupon. Read more
Never had an issue here besides one time when I ordered a pumpkin cheesecake shake and got chocolate chips instead. Not going to... take a star off for that however because we all make mistakes and I'm sure if I had asked that they would have remade it for mebut I was in a hurry. Read more

My favorite fast food of all time! Can't get enough of their milkshakes!! The BEST! Today when I went there was a long drive-... thru line, but the wait was not painfully long at all! I really like Arctic Circle and I think it's better than most fast food places. If I'm going to eat fast food it's my first... choice. I really like their fry sauce and now they have a Chipotle fry sauce that is out of this world. My only real complaintis their sidewalk was very icy I almost slipped and fell and when I mentioned it to an employee all she could say was yeah we'reout of salt.
