Applebee's is my favorite place to go for a good, fairly cheap meal and good drinks. Last night I asked for something hot and... alcoholic and the bartender made me a hot apple cider with fireball that was DIVINE, so obviously they go out of their way foryou. Applebee's is one of those places I call "grubbin' food." Not particularly good, not particularly bad. If their entrees looked... as good as they did in the commercials, with shrimp cascading down or steak sizzling through a wide-angle lens, then I'ddefinitely eat there more often. A solid 5/10. I ordered through doordash and the order came wrong. The Manager Brandon (I think is his name) personally re-made my meal and... hand delivered. I really appreciate him going the extra mile to make it right, as I understand mistakes happen. Read more
My family and I frequent Applebees, we are usually greeted, seated, and waited on by the kindest staff members. Our venture... today was very different. We were seated at a table in a half empty restaurant and our waitress never came to greet us. We satpatiently until about 20-25 minutes went by and we asked the hostess that seated us to be waited on. The hostess informed thewaitress we had been waiting almost 30 minutes, she seemed annoyed at us and then proceeded to ignore us until we finallydecided to leave. Went to dinner with family. Adult beverage was great. My dinner was ruined because they couldn't honor my allergy and avoid... putting BOTH my allergy and my spouse's on my burger. Only my habit of cutting my burger into quarters caught that they hadhidden a slice of tomato and slices of onion under the patty. I was the only person allergic to tomatoes, but my spouse and hisfather are both allergic to onion. Read more
Came here with my dad and family as recently as 3 weeks ago and is a nice place to eat and have a drink or two as well! The food... is always been good every time i've been here. No complaints about the staff either. Read more
our waitress was excellent...best service we've gotten in a while...wish i remembered her name...the food was alright, kinds a... hit-n-miss with restaurants these days but our waitress recommended the Blondie pecan caramel something for dessert and thatsall i needed to hear...my two buddies got some double chocolate brownie dessert...needless to say our cleaned off plates say allthat needs to be said...it was BOMB!!! and to our waitress, (she had a tattoo of a quote running up her right arm) THANK YOU!!!you made our day????
