Awful experience. Really surprised at this Chick-fil-A. This location definitely does not live up to the Chick-fil-A reputation.

The food was good as usual but something seriously needs to be done about carryout orders. There was four people in front of me... in line but while waiting for my food I watched over 20 received their food before mine because they ordered on an app. I waitedover 30 minutes to receive my food. Also the portion size of the food has gotten smaller. The chicken strips lost about 2 in ontheir length from when I first started going to chick-fil-a. If I'm going to be charged over $10 for four chicken strips friesand a soda they should at least be a decent size. The size of the chicken strips are pretty much the same size of a McDonald'schicken nugget. The staff was very friendly and none of my issues today came from them. They were working very hard. Worst Chick fill A ever!! They have bunch of teenagers working there and they don?t have a clue of what are they doing! Nobody... taking orders and they are sold out of many item. I work in this mall and can tell you that the staff is very rude and they don?t do a good job with your order it doesn?t seem... like your typical everyday Chick-fil-A, they are always forgetting something from your order, I ordered a 8 count meal and theyjust gave me a bag of fries, then it?s times when I have to ask more then once for my drink and the cashiers do a great job atspelling your name wrong after you spelled it for them. this is the only Chick-fil-A I've ever given less than 4 stars. Slow service. Dingy. The tables were not clean. And all the... trash cans were grossly overflowing to the point where the trash was covering the condiment counters. Its not a usual location of Chick-Fil-A, located inside Plymouth meeting shopping mall. I had a hard time to locate the store.... Finally I asked a mall staff and he helped me get there. Service quality was average. Ordering was ok but had to wait for foodlonger than usual. And when time came I had to remind them about my drinks! This place has change a lot! It used to be fast, clean, friendly workers. Not anymore! I have been waiting for my order for... about 15 and up to 30 minutes and it is not busy there were 2 people ahead of me. The girls are not friendly, they are takingthe order and talking with their coworkers. One of the was putting the food in the bag and then was scratching her hair with theglove on.
