The service was ok the employees were ok all and all ok

Kinda curious as to why employees dont wear hair nets when preparing.

Horrible service! The last 3 times we have ordered from this location they have either given our order to someone else, or gave... us someone else?s order. Tonight we ordered online, waited 35 minutes BEYOND the time the order was supposed to be ready, andended up leaving empty handed! This is beyond issues of being busy and short staffed. They didn't offer me the large for 10$. I ordered a medium not knowing it had to be a large for 10$

Great pizza and service pizzas are always ready even if your a bit early

Great food but really bad help. Cashier was extremely rude to a customer who was upset after an order that was supposed to take... 10 minutes took well over 40 minutes. There was a similar issue with my order (an online order) that wasn?t even started after Ishowed up 40 minutes after placing the order. Soooo disappointed! We ordered ahead of time and when we got to the store, our pizzas were gone. They gave them to someone else... on accident. So I had to wait over 15 minutes for the girl to call her manager and then ring me up, and make them! No realapology for the mistake and no real way to show they felt bad messing up. No discount, no anything! Called ahead and thenwaited. I understand a mistake, but take real ownership for it! We love the pizzas, but not worth the frustration. I will NOTcome back! Read more
