It says that they're open I got their at 6ish am drive-thru was closed they weren't ready until about 7:00am I still sat in the... Drive-Thru from 7:09 to 7:20 before somebody finally asked what I would like. I don't think this Wendy's needs to be open earlyI think they should open up at 9:00 am or at least until they have more am employees working instead of two idk I know nothingis going to be done about it Read more
They never forget condiments. They are always friendly and efficient. We visit this location a lot for last minute meals when... we're on-the-go and I LOVE that Wendy's still has salads (most other fast food joints don't). This drive thru is the best in thecity. Read more
I very rarely leave reviews, let alone a bad one, but I was just baffled at this situation. I went to this location and it... attempted to order but no one was responding after I said hello about 10 times. I drove up to the window and there was a manworking refilling plastic cups. I waved, said hello to him a few times, he looked me directly in the eyes for a few seconds andwalked away. He walked back towards the window again still said absolutely nothing and went about cleaning the restaurant. Veryunprofessional and this was at 8:45 PM so there was still over an hour left until they close. There were two cars behind me thatI saw drive off right after I did. I went to Wendy's around 5:30pm yesterday, door was locked so went to drive through, waited a very long time and as the 3 cars... in front of me left without ordering when I got to order place speakemanager????? a man said I'm all alone and it will be avery long wait as I have 3 large orders I'm working on. I said no one is in front of me they all drove off, he said they weredoor dash. I drove off to Taco Bell, ordered and had my food in about 5 minutes. Where was the Wendy's mansger????? Read more
My husband ordered from the wendy's app our food, we decided to go to this particular wendy's since it's closest to where we... live. The app says it's ready for pick up so we head over. When we arrive and drove thru, no one seem to respond to our call, wewaited, finally we parked and my husband knocked on the front door as he noticed a staff member cleaning up. The manager thatwas working spoke to my husband in a rude tone, letting him know that the restaurant was close due to low staff, when my husbandtried to let the manager know that he had already paid for out order online, the manager just said "that is not my problem" andlocked up the door. There was no sign saying there were close, nothing on the Wendy app said we couldn't order from thatparticular restaurant. We just kept seen vehicles driving by wondering what was going on. Unfortunately since it's the weekendwe couldn't get a hold of customers service in order to get a refund, so we'll just have to wait for Monday. We understand theywere low staff and that apparently the current manager walked out and the manager from a different store had to take over, butshould had treated us in such rude manner. My daughter says she liked their French fries so decided to have lunch here. The fries we got weren't hot. They seemed old but... we were there at 1045. You'd think they just started serving lunch so fries would've just been made. I was wrong. The chiliwas great and that's about the only good thing besides strawberry lemonade. Breakfast sandwiches went up on price. Plus get old dried up one for almost 5 bucks. Brought back for fresh one. Not good... experience. Use to have sandwich and seasoned potatoes for 3 bucks. Read more
