If I could rate 0 stars I would. Worst customer service on the planet for this specific location. Only two people working and... they went in the back and hid. Multiple people waiting in line to order food. All the people who were waiting in line left dueto no service. They tried saying ?hello? and no one came. One person even opened the door to the kitchen and yelled ?hello? andno one came out. Cook walked by their order window and made eye contact with the last customer standing and walked away. Weluckily ordered and got our food before this happened but we witnessed this whole thing. Bathrooms were disgusting and so wasthe building in general. Very unacceptable and disappointing experience. Seemed really understaffed on a Friday night. One cashier also had to make milkshakes. Even with not many people the line backed... up really quickly. Food seemed overpriced for what it was. Stick to the burger and you'll be good, don't get your heart set onthe milkshake (heavy and fake tasting) or fries (thin and greasy). Read more
I came as a delivery driver and the cashier never acknowledged me or asked about my order. I could tell they were busy so I... waited until things calmed. After asking about my order, he tells me it has to be entered when this specific order isn't set forhaving to be ordered or paid for. So I stood there for no reason and this could've been rectified by simply asking me to placethe order for any pickup if he knew that. Very disappointed. Very good lunch. Burger was great!
Completely devoid of any management whatsoever. No one at the front counter. 15 people in line. One person making shakes who is... oblivious to the presence of anyone else and was working at a glacial pace. I had to retrieve my meal myself. 37 minutes I wasdone with my meal and had still not received my shake. If you can?t hire someone to run the restaurant then you should not openthe restaurant. First time here! Pretty good burger, fried were a little cold, but very tasty! This place needed to do a little clean up though.... The drink station was NASTY and the tables weren't that clean. There were only 2 people in the place when I was there. Still,good food! Read more
