Make sure to actually cover the chicken with sauce instead of just pouring it in the bottom of the container Update.... I placed an online order for in store pickup and was told it would be ready within 10-20 minutes. I got there about 15 minutes... after ordering and my food was just coming out of the oven so it was nice and hot. Food tasted great and was glad to see that mymarinara sauce was warm as well. Inside of the store had a bunch of pizza boxes stacked up on the counter making it seem alittle cluttered, but other than that no complaints. Read more
Don't worry after 2.5 hours of waiting for our two pizzas we finally caved and called the store. What a wonderful feeling we had... when we found out that they had not been sent out for delivery or even made. After another 30 minutes of waiting we finally gotour two 'zas but don't worry they were literally thrown around in the box. Finally we had ordered 4 bottles of soda but ofcourse to round out this travesty against pizza we only received 3 but don't worry we were charged for all 4. And now I'm lateto class so thank you. Wrong order was delivered (second time that has happened). Store didn?t answer phone that night to fix. Had to call them the... next day and someone answered but they couldn?t do a credit. Talked to a person 2 days later who said it would take 10 days forcredit to show up and blamed the bank. Horrible service Read more
