The night shift employees went over and beyond my expectations last night. Had a flat tire in the back of there store right... before they where going to close and the manager on duty (dan i believe) came outside to help me 2 times even though he hadother priorities. Not only that but every time i have come to this location every employee ive delt with has been nothing butnice and as helpful as they can be. I would give this holiday 10 stars if i could. Read more

Worst staff ever. There is an issue almost every time i go here. Today they wouldn't cash out my lottery tickets. I am 46. I... didn't want to leave my kids in the car in the cold winter. So all my kids needed ids also. So she said she wouldn't cash thembecause everyone wasn't over 18. That is not the law. Just a woman with an attitude. Verified with 5 other stations. She waswrong. Time to upgrade (or long overdue fix) payment technology. ApplePay not accepted - and it has been this way for quite a while.... Would generally expect a similar "brand experience" at any Holiday - regardless if corporate or franchise. I can use tap-to-paypayments at all kinds of Holiday stores. Read more
Never had an issue getting a car wash here until today. I got a car wash and didn't get any soap / foam during. I usually... wouldn't care but I paid for the $15 most expensive one and so I figured I should get my moneys worth. After I got out there wasstill bug residue all over my windshield and front of my car. I went back inside to tell the older gentlemen that I did not getany soap and asked if the wash could have malfunctioned. He gave me a weird face and told me he didn't believe me that I didn'tget any soap and that it has been working all day. I asked if he thought I was lying and he said yes people do it frequently toget free washes, which was offensive.. I come here all the time. Because I really wanted to take the time to go in and lie andsay that for no reason.. So he told me to show him my car so I did. I pointed out all of the bug residue on my windshield and onmy front end and he said that a car wash (the plus works) wouldn't clean that. (It always has).. and would have if I got soap..I told him that I'd like a refund or to go again with a new code and he denied me and told me my car was clean enough and thathe didn't believe me again. This location is good and nearby a lot of other stores. Sometimes there is a fresh veggie stand in the parking lot during the... summer. I have only gone in the store a few times and when I have it has been clean and the staff was helpful. The car wash isa mixed bag.. It is one of the few around that has the large spinning brushes that clean the stuck on salt off of your car. Lots of places just have pressure washers and they don't really do the job. This one does alright but sometimes it breaks whileyou are going through.. Sometimes it is closed.. Sometimes is scratches your car or rips the rear wiper off your car... Don?t come here after if you get off at 9 or after 9 pm to get gas because the pumps will be changed and you can?t get any fuel....
