This location used to be one of the best- really gone down hill in the last 6 months. Two recent visits and I’ve experienced... unfriendly cashier , no iced tea (both times), and literally 1-2 choices of chips. ( I feel like it’s just generally neglectedby management, or perhaps like everywhere they are hurting for employees and supplies). Too bad. I like Firehouse Subs over those ofher places as I just flat out get more meat and toppings. For me this one of the better sub... shop chains. If you want more bread than toppings or you like tuff/chewy bread don't come here. There bread is good and thetoppings are good as well. I will be back now that I found one kind of close to work. Went in to get tmobile tuesday deal which states free medium sub with ANY purchase. When i came up to cashier, she told me to... hit the redeem button which starts a timer and THEN she tells me that their owner doesn’t honor the coupon and i had to buy acombo to get the free sub. Basically forced to do it since i already hit the redeem button and wasnt warned in advanced. Usedthis deal at other location before and they had no problem with me just buying a cookie since the coupon states ANY purchase.Extremely disappointed with owners and cashier trapping me like that but sandwich was okay.
