I used to live nextdoor in the housing complex & I used to come here all the time! This Caribou was excellent eating here! But,... when I was here the other day I got a mini egg sandwich? I looked inside to see if it was ok but, I could hardly see the cheese& so I ask the girl behind the counter very nicely if she can put more cheese on & SHE WAS VERY RUDE & SAID NO OR WE AREN'TALLOWED TO PUT ANYMORE ON OR ? I love Caribou Coffee! Why? Because unlike the biggest competitor, at Caribou I'm always treated like an old friend they're... happy to see. I always feel welcome by staff that genuinely care.
