We ordered a delivery online and they kept moving the delivery time back 30-40 mins and then finally we were contacted. They... were Out Of Stock on Burgers and only had chicken. We were unable to get a refund over the phone after an hour of beingtransferred to different departments and we had to drive to the burger king to get our refund. When we got there, even thoughthere was a person inside and all the lights were on and google said they were open until 10, the doors were locked and thegentleman would not come to the drive-through window to speak with us. Came in the drive thru today to get some lunch. I wanted to use my points to get a double whopper cheese burger, click redeemed... and lose all of my points and the employee in the drive thru said that there was nothing she can do, did not even attempt to getthe manger to explained the situation nor fix the problem. Then ordered an Impossible Whooper meal didn?t get an impossiblepatty but a meat patty instead for my vegetarian girlfriend. The employee was very rude and seemed to have an attitude towardsus. Also seem to be frustrated asking for fresh food, since in the past my food as been always cold, old and stale. Ordered a Texas double whopper and it came with no jalapeños. Best part was this killer tomato I got it was the only one on... there too. Driving through waiting for 25 minutes for 1 fish sandwich and regular fry and 2 impossible burger. Oftentimes they have suspicious excuses as to why they can?t serve you. Either the credit card machine is down, or sometimes the... whole ?system? is down. Sometimes it?s the charbroiler that?s down. Depends on the day but these problems are far too regularto seem reasonable? I live super close so I go there often and when I do get served the food is good, but there?s only a 60%chance you?ll get it. Read more

I used to love Burger King, but now it's just "THERE". The food is still great, but the inside was closed so I had to go thru... the drive thru. Would have been fine, but taking the motorcycle thru the drive thru was not an ideal solution. Read more

I gave up going to this location. I worked in the area and usually stop by after work and still have long wait time. Busy or... not, it usually take them like 10 mins to take one order out of drive thru. Would rather go somewhere for faster service Read more

Technical issues here make it hard to recommend. I often pull up and they announce on the intercom the ordering system isn't... working, they can't take orders. Several times their credit card system has been down, they could only take cash. Other issues Ican't remember have caused it to be impossible to order anything. I love the location but if I can't get food from them it'shard to leave a good review. I hope they fix these problems soon though they've persisted for years now. Read more
