*Order online* or be prepared for an extended wait. Good grilled subs/wraps and we love the fries. The lemonade is also a... delicious addition! I've waited 5 or less minutes for an online order but ordering in person I'd recommend against. A few weeksback I waited 20-25+ for a sub with just a few people in store but the employees looked very busy (online orders?) Then, today Igave up after waiting over 10 minutes just to order. The staff barely acknowledged us waiting to order. The lady in front of mein line gave up and I learned why as I eventually left without ordering too. Not the quick lunch I was hoping for. Order inadvance, especially if it's a peak time. Set expectations accordingly! Read more

4 kids working here all standing around telling jokes taking FOREVER to make my sandwich. The one person actually working... finally wrapped up my sandwich and realized he (and the other three employees) all forgot to put my fries in so I had to standthere and wait for those to cook. Before I left I had to remind them to charge me for the food. This place needs and adult. Read more

This is a great lunch spot with many options. Everything tastes fresh and the staff are extremely friendly! They're pretty... comparable to other "mid/high-end" fast casual sub shops in terms of price. I got a 8" sub with a regular fry and soft drinkfor ~$16. Read more
This place from the ground up is a great experience! I walk in and feel like family I always try to look out for the employees... because I see them working a lot and there usually familiar faces. Kylan is definitely the best I honestly though he was theowner with how he carries himself the respect he shows and his kindness. Honestly if you're big into sandwiches and have yet totry this place do me a favor and stop by you wont be disappointed. Read more
I just left Penn Station in Plymouth, Mi and it was busier than I?ve seen it. There were two employees working and they were... AMAZING. I wish I gotten their names but they were running around but had a big smile on their faces every time they talked. Isat back and watched their team work and communication with each other. It looked like they did as much work in the 10 minutesthat I was there as 4 employees. This great customer service made my sandwich taste so much better! Read more
