I have been coming here for at least 5 years. I love there lunch menu, especially the fajitas. The staff is always really nice... and accommodating as well. It hasn't seemed as busy since all the pandemic stuff going on, but they do have a nice and cleanoutdoor sitting area if that is a concern for you. Read more
The management of this place is HORRID. They are very peculiar about who they properly assist. I am treated with a lack of... respect and simple customer service whenever I have attended, even when I provide respect, smiles and simplicity, like youshould everyone. They often forget parts of my order that you would think are hard to miss (lettuce, tomatoes, salsa?) and thenhave an attitude when KINDLY and respectfully brought to their attention. The communication is below par and again, theirattitudes even worse. In the past this may have a been an okay spot to stop by, but now, I don?t believe I will ever bereturning after the CONSISTENT lethargic service. (I can?t take credit from the ONE staff member who was actually sincerelykind and helped me out, by fixing my order, apologizing for his coworkers and bosses, as well as wishing me a enjoyable rest ofmy day. The servings were huge! I got the shrimp chimichanga and I came out with about a half a cup of rice and this light sweet salad... with a dollop of guacamole. Only wish they had horchata. Will be visiting again! Read more
Met a good friend here for lunch yesterday. Big parking lot, well-kept grounds. Very clean inside. Quickly seated and given a... menu. Weight staff quickly took our order. Large selection of tacos burritos steaks and seafood. We went with the special comboof chicken steak and shrimp. Steak was a bit chewy, Shrek was just average. Chicken was good. Our meal did not come with riceand beans but did have four large tortillas grilled with melted cheese inside. Great meal for 12 bucks and I was beyond stuffed.Should probably take in the last portion hall. We chatted for two hours with no one trying to rush us out. Excellent service. I?ve been to this restaurant 3 times in the last 2 months and each time it got better! They have the most amazing food!!!!!... Service is excellent. Chips and salsa is always fresh. I have been to several Los Tres Amigos in East Lansing and they have all been ok. This one in particular had a really nice... outdoor seating area, and the service was only slow because they are understaffed.
