Wrong sandwich was given for my online order to pick up. I wasted my whole lunch break driving to pick up the food and got back... to work and couldn't eat it. I had added a tip to ther order but what's the point. When I called the store to ask for a refundthey took my name and phone number to get a free sandwich on my next order. No thanks. This is a 2nd time infraction with this location. I ask for two extra mayo packages and when I receive order never in the bag.... Call Courtney (manager) and she wants to argue and tell me a situation she had at McDonald's. I'm calling Jimmy Johns about myorder. Courtney the manager is very rude and no type of customer service. I ordered catering for a baby shower in the fall, and the experience was good. The online ordering system was easy to use, and... the order was ready at the scheduled time.
