Really enjoyed brunch here! Was busy on a Monday early afternoon. But service was great and food was excellent. The special... oyster po boy was absolutely phenomenal, I regretted not ordering that myself. I enjoyed the Cajun hash which was good but thepo boy was just wow! Chicken fried chicken sandwich was also good as was the cornmeal battered catfish on special too! Read more

Aug 2022 First time eating here yesterday with friends and family...we LOVED it! Great experience from food to customer service.... Megan was very attentive. I'd love to give her a shout out! Thankfully, we got there around 915am for a table. No reservations.Long line started after we got seated. We ordered a variety from French toast, cajun hash, grits, eggs Benedict, to chicken andwaffle. Notice, I didn't say waffles. If there was anything I'd consider a slight negative was the plating and portion of thisdish. See picture. It was one piece of chicken and one waffle. Flavor wise, it was fine. All the other dishes were great. TheCajun hash does have a kick to it, as did the bacon collard greens that came with the chicken and waffle. All in all, food, portions and price were okay. We would definitely go back to check out other dishes next time to get familiar with menu. Averageabout $20 to 25 per person. Read more

The cheese board was amazing! But the cheesecake was the best I had in long time. The waiter told us it?s made fresh everyday,... and you can really tell by the crust. The ambience was good, but the music didn?t match up. I would definitely recommend thisplace! Read more

Busy Sunday but the wait was only 5 minutes. Sat at the bar. We ordered two Spanish coffees and chicken/waffles with a side of... white cheddar grits. Top items: grits and coffee. Average: The chicken was cooked perfectly but a little under seasoned and thewaffles was very dense (had to use steak knife to cut). Serve was excellent. Read more

The 45 minute wait was worth it! When restraunts are busy like this one is on weekends, that means something good. MAKE A... RESERVATION. We grabbed drinks while we waited. I will say one of the managers came out and asked people to stand out of thelobby and to go outside and wait. (It was cold!) But we got lucky and snagged a spot on the bench. The food, drinks, and servicewas overall amazing. Definitely a great experience for us. Read more

Finally got a chance to dine in here! Wait time was about 20 minutes. Nice dining area, our waitress was great. The food was... good. Could have been better. I had the Blackened Salmon with White Cheddar grits and sautéed spinach. The salmon lackedseasoning and the ?blackened? look/taste I was expecting but it was still good. The grits were very tasty! I wish I would?veordered more. The spinach was a nice touch but seemed more like an afterthought with this meal combination. I appreciate thecontrast and effort, I appreciate the way the spinach was prepared and not over cooked. I think a better pairing would be abigger piece of salmon over the grits with a garnish topping sauce. My friend had Chicken and Waffles that comes with side ofcollard greens (which are surprisingly good) the waffle was underwhelming as far as taste and size according to my friend. Thechicken was also a lot smaller than I?ve seen in other pictures and didn?t make up for lack of size from waffle. Bonus: BakedFrench Toast This is an acquired taste for a lot of people. Has the consistency and texture of bread pudding. I enjoyed this andate the entire thing myself! Stuffed with cream cheese and berries. Overall I was pleased with the meal and experience butslightly unimpressed. Read more
