First time trying this yesterday. Tried to place an order online but it kept giving me an error message and sending me to a page... to either retry or call. I called and the female I spoke with said to just come in it wouldn't take long for them to get theorder together. I placed my order and was met by a middle aged gentleman at the register. I explained that I had a $5 off couponand that I couldn't get the website to work. He then looked at me and said well that's not my problem the website wouldn't workfor you. Nothing I can do here's your total, cash or card. Then when we got home opened the boxes and for what you pay for I wasexpecting more than a couple little pieces of meat that were super dry and not even hot. They messed up my order leaving food out. I called back and there was no apology for their mistake. Was told next time they... would give it to me free Free, hell I paid for it already. Spent $78 and the service was bad. Never going back to thatlocation. I hate to think it was because I was black in a predominantly white neighborhood. And on top of all that my food wasnot hot. First time there. It was A very nice place to eat. Clean. Helpful staff. The food was a little less, but so were the prices. ... We really enjoyed ourselves. The only bad thing I would say about it is that it's a little noisy, so I had to speak a littlelouder. We will be returning. Read more
First time trying Dickey's as my normal go to was closed (Boneyard) so I definitely appreciate them being open for delivery... beyond 8pm! I was very impressed with the hand cut fries A-1!!! The ribs as you can see are very solid! I am not huge fan of"smoke" flavoring but I definitely can't hold that against Dickey's as I knew what I was signing up for! If you are a smokeflavoring fan, these ribs will not disappoint. If your preference is a very good tasting rib that falls off of the bone, youcan't miss with these guys! The only blemish would be the green beans. The menu reads that they come with bacon and onion butthere wasn't any of either. Overall the experience was very good! First time ordering from this location. Ordered lunch delivery through Grub Hub. Had the chopped brisket with sweet BBQ sauce,... green beans with bacon and potato salad. Food was excellent! The brisket was tender and the BBQ sauce was YUM! The beans weretasty with a bit of heat. The potato salad was delicious too! Spent about $25 with delivery fees and tip. Also had ordered theyellow cup but ended up with the red cup for the same price?!?! Would definitely order again. This location has catering optionsas well. Read more
Rating 3 stars because I normally have a good experience here. Today, not so much. Spent nearly $30 on a take out lunch (three... meat plate and a six piece Dr. Pepper wing) and about half of it is inedible. Didn't realize until I got home but the brisket sohard you can't even bite through it.. Turkey is edible but definitely not the way it should be.. And the wings(impulse purchasebecause they looked good on the sign) were pale and rubbery. I hadn't been here in a while so maybe I just caught them on a badday. It's just disappointing to spend this much on lunch, drive 20 minutes home and realize you can't eat half of it becauseit's so poorly prepared. Read more
