The food was good and the man running the window named techno was awesome polite friendly loved his job deserves a raise.
Order initially missed an order of small curly fries and when I tell the guy on the drive thru window, he said I had to go... inside and gave me a look as if I?m trying to steal an order of small fries so I returned to my car as I had kids and once theyfound out that it was sitting, they brought outside cold and told me that it was sitting and gave it to me. Also order 2 classicbeef and cheddar all I got for both is a bun with roasted beef. Ate the first and went back to drive through and told them theylooked at me without any reaction, so told them you can have it without sauce and cheese they?re you go and they just took itand closed the window. I had bad experience at the Plymouth location but not the one in canton on ford road. Read more
This is the second time I?ve been here when the computers have been shut down, I don?t even come here that often so that should... be concerning. It?s still better than the one on 5 mile which seems to just open and close whenever they feel like- ignoringtheir posted hours. Read more
This is a great Arby's. Clean and quick service and very friendly employees and we will come back to this location for sure. My... carpool group needed and after school snack and they voted for Arby's curly fries. The kids also got root beer floats and thismama got a snack size Jamaica shake. Delicious, all around. Terrible food, the wrap was hard and cold the meat (grilled chicken) was cold,hard,tasted several days old. The fries were cold... and stale. Stay away from this place! Read more
