Uva Wine Bar is such a great addition to Plymouth! Great spot to meet up with friends, try some wines you wouldn't normally be... able to and eat some great food!! The owners immediately make you feel welcome and are so accomodating to all. Uva is so fun! I love trying new wines and the self pour makes it easy to take at your own pace. They have cheese boards that... you can select what you want to come on it so you can have all your favorites without wasting stuff your group might not want.Great spot to catch up 1 on 1 or go out as a group! It?s not just the wine that?s great at Uva, it?s also the food and the atmosphere! I?ve been to Uva for parties, events, and... just meeting up with a friend, and each time, though different, it has been the perfect place. If you want to listen to music,they have it live. If you want a place to meet a friend and chat, it?s comfortable and cozy. If you want to meet people in thecommunity sign up for an event and do something new! I just love this place! I've talked to the owners a few times on different occasions and they're so sweet and you can tell they... just have such a passion for their businesses! I lived in Italy for six months in college, and never really got into wines?Coming here was so great because I was never committed to anything, and got to try so many different types of wines I neverwould?ve if it weren't set up this way. We were excited to try this place out and traveled an hour to Plymouth and stayed overnight in anticipation of enjoying a unique... experience. The idea is novel but that?s where it ends. Service was less than friendly, atmosphere lacked any charm at all, winewas mediocre and easily found most of them the next day in nearby liquor store for half the price of Uva bottle prices. The costwouldn?t even be mentioned here if the overall experience wasn?t so underwhelming. We went over to Mallebar when we left andenjoyed that experience much more. This place could have potential but needs better service, some real ambiance, and wines thatreally are rare finds. Read more

The Uva Wine Bar is such a unique experience that brings you back time and time again. The assortment of wines is always a... pleasure and the tasty food choices are spot on and adds perfectly to the experience. We bring our out of town friends to Uvaand we have never been disappointed. When our out of town friends visit again that is their first request, let's go to Uva for arelaxing evening. Always a very special evening and I would highly recommend for a time to remember with friends or just a greatnight with your significant other. Read more
