I went in about 20 minutes before closing. All the staff was very friendly. I got the pulled pork and pulled chicken. My 2 sides... were coleslaw and potato salad. The coleslaw would be good with the pork on a sandwich. The potatoes said had a little bit toomuch onion. Other than that it was good. The meats.... we're delicious! I couldn't get enough of them. I will definitely be backto try the brisket. The sauces were decent as well. Oh and the cornbread was good too. I'm not a huge fan of cornbread but Iwas wanting another piece after I finished it. Finally got to Bark BBQ! Worth the trip! Great burnt ends! They had run out of brisket,so, we?ll just have to go back which is... fine with us!!! The pulled pork was incredible! BEST BBQ I?ve had, and everything is made right there in front of you!! They have an assortment of meat options, sides, and... sauces? so everyone in your party will be happy. The staff is also so SO incredible! We stopped here on our vacation afterreading the reviews and the manager(I did not catch her name but I believe it was the owner, Janice) walked us through theprocess, made suggestions, and was overall just so personable. Even the chefs (Kurt and Kimmy) were very open and willing toanswer any questions we had. Definitely a hidden gem in Plymouth well worth the stop! Read more
The best BBQ you can find in the shore with a wide variety of options & flavors served by the best people who make this place... special. Bark fried chicken sandwich blows away any chicken sandwich out there while the ribs fall off the bone. Ate this at a pop-up site at a brewery in Brooklyn NY! Awesome juicy meat that is excellently seasoned. Even the Turkey was... surprisingly moist and juicy too! Macaroni and cheese side was my favorite side. Read more

They have really done a great job on this place. The food is delicious. The brisket is beefy with a hint of smoke, the ribs are... just tender enough that they chew easy, without falling apart when you pick them up. The sides are great as well, the collardgreens are a must have. Service was A+ as well. I drove three hours round trip for this meal, and I'll do it again. Read more
I SWEAR, THE best brisket I ever eat! Smoky, JUICY and seasoned perfectly! The ribs were also cooked to perfection, very tender... but not falling of the bone, seasoned well and ready for the array of house made sauces they had available. I could drink theAlabama white sauce right out of the bottle! I must add that my favorite menu item was the chicken salad. It had just the rightamount of smoke, celery, scallion and special sauce to hold it all together. You'll see me again for sure! Read more
