This is a great place to sit and use the internet. Completely under used. The food is good , it's great you like Arby's that is.... I just wish they served coffee other than that I like everything great deals they're always sending coupons you can getterrific deals with the coupons. Nice quiet place to sit. Read more
Stopped here on a whim, on a trip! It is shockingly updated, modern, and clean! Tons of nice seating! The bathrooms were super... nice, the Arby?s staff was kind and personable! We got our food quickly and we?re on our way! Will definitely star this locationto stop at again our next trip! Pleasantly surprised! Read more
The restaurant had a lot of seating space but was not very busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I first tried the... chicken salad sandwich and it tasted like it had been stored open in a refrigerator for a while. They happily exchanged it for aTurkey sandwich that I thought was great. I added a little horsey sauce because after all I'm at Arby's and have that option. Iwill go back the next time we are in town. It is one of the fast food restaurants that serve a healthy option. I was there between 5-6 pm on 5/09/2019. The young lady at the counter was personable, smiled and greeted each person. warmly.... She assisted in completing orders and wished each customer a good evening The restaurant was clean. And my order was correct. All was good. I must also say I was there on another visit a few months ago when things were not running as smoothly. I wastold there had been a couple of call offs, but the young man covering the counter at that time was also covering the drive thruand assisting as needed while also holding his composure and providing good customer service despite the challenges. The food was awesome and fresh! Our food came out in a timely manner. The coke was sweet (amazingly delicious). The place was... clean and quite. We could have sat there for a while but was had to be moving along we had stuff to get done. The only downsideis have to watch how your cashier picks up cups I dont want her fingers inside of my cup. Best place to eat in Lapaz,Indiana except after 9:30pm. No bacon on none of my bacon cheddars this will cost a few stars.
