Great dining experience. Fish fry was delicious, salmon was great, and the fried shrimp was huge and perfectly prepared. Kids... meals were good and really reasonable. Try the fried cheese curds, they're made fresh and excellent. Very good service even ona busy night. Read more
Had the onion soup to start. Delicious...Had the rack of lamb. Cooked as requested. Very good. Wife had the fried shrimp. They... also were good. Brother in law had a steak... was just a little to rare. Sister had the Salomon.. it was good. Mom had the cod. All in all everything was good. Read more
Went on a Saturday night with friends. Really busy but staff were still really friendly and attentive. Our waitress Vicky was... great. Good steaks good drinks. Unfortunately, due to staffing issues the salad bar was not open. We will be eating hereagain. Read more
We were able to get in early on a Saturday. They were very busy. Ordered prime rib and Walleye. Meals were very good, good sized... portions cooked to order. Besides having a wait for our 2nd drink order to arrive, we had a positive experience. I wouldrecommend and will visit again. Read more
The worst Thanksgiving I've ever had $60 for 2 and all I could stomach was 6 pieces of lettuce. In fact on the way home and... stopped for Kwik Trip chicken, mashed potatoes w/ gravy and Mac and cheese also a pumpkin pie. I had a tiny salad here at thebuffet, almost all toppings were empty, the tiny plate allowed the lettuce to keep falling off. Tiny buffet for a place withalmost 150 people I had a scoop of glue potatoes with no flavor... I'll just stop there. It was a horrible experience. Cheap andterrible food hidden by the fact that they have cloth napkins. Thank God for Kwik Trip on Thanksgiving. I came here once beforefor Valentine's and was also terribly disappointed. Never again. Worst overpriced buffet EVER! Note the Chicken, potatoes andpie are from Kwik Trip. Also your $30 does not include desert. The food and poor quality, the lack of preparation for a largeamount of people. It's a total joke. I would never EVER come here for a holiday. You people hands down ruined my day! Read more
This is a fantastic supper club! It?s a family-owned business that goes back generations. My husband and I had a great time... trying a few different kinds of old-fashioneds at the bar while Eric Freund, the owner, shared some great stories about thefamily restaurant. Dinner was AMAZING?the jumbo beer battered shrimp is a huge portion and was perfectly done?lightly batteredand crispy, not greasy. They are known for their prime rib which was also excellent. We arrived to the Sky Club on Saturday night for date night. It is kind of non-descript on the outside but the inside is... tastefully decorated with nice paneled wood and a huge bar area. We were seated immediately and our server greeted us fairlyquickly. She was very personable and friendly. My wife ordered the Caesar salad and was pleasantly surprised with the marble ryecroutons. She stated it was delicious. I had the Baked French Onion soup and it was probably one of the 5 best I have ever hadin a restaurant. Not too salty, and the flavors melded perfectly together. Her entree was the broiled fish with baked potato andmine was the full rack of ribs with a baked potato. Both baked potatoes were cooked great. The fish was tender and full offlavor. My ribs were good but on the slightly dry side. They were meaty and had a good sauce. Dessert consisted of cheesecakewith ganache and a Grasshopper. They were fabulous. A group of our friends that all celebrated our 50th wedding anniversaries this year had dinner. We all had different things. All... were very pleased with the food. A little pricey for senior citizens, but a very special occasion. The Sky Club treated eachcouple a piece of cheesecake...a very delicious pleasant surprise.
