A nice Dunkin Donuts, but the parking isn't always convenient given the location.

Just left this place. Had hands down the most uncomfortable experience here. I walked in and there was noone at the counter.... When i called out the guy working walks up from back while playing with his phone and then says "what is wrong with you?". Therest of the interaction was equally awkward. I got my coffee, saw the coffee roasters not half a block away, threw the dunk inthe trash and got something better. Read more
So every morning I get a large coffee at this location. All the girls are extremely pleasant and friendly but nobody makes my... coffee like Diana does. If she tells me to try something new I just go with it because she has never steered me wrong. 5 starsand well deserved. Read more

Been going here for many years. Customer service has declined significantly since the owner is no longer there on a consistent... basis. I use the app to order every morning and there is always a problem when I get there to pick it up. Yesterday, I ordered adecaf coffee with toffee nut swirl online. When I got there, it was just a medium plain black coffee. When I was finally able topull one of servers away from chatting with her coworker, Maria came over and I questioned why it was just plain. In her brokenEnglish she said it was correct. After going back and forth, she finally called over another employee & I told her there was noswirl in my coffee. She said that toffee was not a swirl it was a flavor shot and it has no sugar. I then asked if she had anyother swirls and she just looked at me like she didn't understand what I was saying. After arguing for 2 minutes, the coworkerlooked around the store and found the swirl I was talking about. She said "oh it's new"! She gave me a fresh coffee and I wasfinally on my way. This was just ridiculous and at 6am, I was really not prepared to have to fight over coffee. I think I'mgoing to go to the other location in Pleasantville from now on. Read more
