WORST RUDE EMPLOYEE ! Our ice creams had whole pieces of the ingredients!!!!! He literally didn?t even chop it up which is the... whole point of cold stone! I want my money back!! Terrible! Read more
I went to this Cold Stone location and ordered curbside pickup from their website and upon arriving I called the location as... instructed and a rude employee answered the phone and stated that they did not offer curbside and that I?d have to come insideto get the order. The issue or reasoning why I couldn?t go inside should not have been questioned especially given the pandemic.With a little bit of back and forth and what felt like me having to persuade the employee on the phone, the employee comes tothe door and stands just outside the store holding the bag so I?d have to come and retrieve it. I had already posted on Yelp about this experience, but was deeply upset by the service received and wanted to leave another... review so that people could see. I went to Cold Stone earlier today with my friend, who is vegan. She saw that they wereoffering the dairy free chocolate, so we went to Cold Stone. After asking for the dairy free chocolate, she was unsure whichchocolate was dairy free, as they were mislabeled(The regular chocolate was labeled as dairy free and vice versa). After askingonce again as to whether the chocolate was dairy free or not, the worker got upset saying that we had to get what we ordered,although we had asked and checked multiple times, as to whether the chocolate was dairy free or not. After upsetting my friend,I finally settled on taking the already made ice cream for myself, which I did not even want, and ordered a second dairy free,so we could get what we wanted. The worker made the ice cream and we left paying close to $19 for two ice creams. As someone whopreviously worked at THIS very Cold Stone, I would have never dealt with a customer this way. Raising your voice and telling acustomer that they HAVE to pay for and take the ice cream that they checked with you on multiple times is uncalled for andgenuinely rude. Based on this experience and the raised prices from an already expensive ice cream price, I will not be comingback to this Cold Stone, nor will I be recommending this place.
