It's the second time the same girl has made the absolute worst drink I've ever had and today she outdid herself. She's a... younger, small, possibly hispanic girl with dark hair. I ordered today (sunday) around 3pm. First time she was the barista forme, I thought it was a fluke, but today I ordered a simple iced coffee with milk and it tasted like what I'd expect sink waterto taste like. I genuinely am concerned that the milk was expired, the coffee was rancid and sat out all day, or that she usedsomething dirty because after I had a few sips, I got the worst aftertaste and have felt nauseous and got the worst heartburn. Iended up dumping it out. I didnt have the energy to go back and ask for a replacement because I feel so ill. Waste of 5 dollarsand it's genuinely scary because it made me sick. There's a darling African American girl that works there and every time shehas made my drinks they have been heavenly and looked like an advertisement. She's the only reason I came back and gave thisstore another chance. I wish I knew all their names so my review would be more helpful. Read more

This store is always super slow and probably the worst customer service I've had at any starbucks. I always have to wait 20+... minutes when i go through their drive thru and even when i have time to go inside, no one greets or pays attention to me for agood 5 minutes when most of them are just standing around doing nothing. Not to mention my order is usually almost always wrongor I get somebody else's drink instead. I understand this probably isn't the baristas fault, as i have worked at a cafe beforeand know how minimal traning they get. Either get a new manager or work towards making the training time longer for thebaristas. Read more

Very slow!! All women behind the counter just stand around while 1 prepares the drinks for all. Waited 45 minutes for 3 drinks... and a cake pop! 2 stars as they were quick to get my order atleast Read more

Employees are super nice, it's always clean, my orders are always correct and when my kids didn't like their hot chocolates they... went above and beyond to mix something up they did like! Read more

Unfortunately the girl was preoccupied because she forgot to give us straws. Upon entering (since we went thru their drive... thru), I saw how entangled she was talking up a friend. She didn't acknowledge me at all so instead of waiting for the fakeconcern and/or apology I simply returned her uninterested attitude to get my own straws and walk out. Another issue with thislocation is the inconsistency of pastry items and inability to warm if you choose that option. Fairly disappointing when youexpect something to be available and it's actually not. Read more

Horrible experience. Normally they?re slow but today was the worst. I ordered two drinks & paid on the app at 12:15pm once I... arrived they had the whole inside closed off except the drive-through. While we were sitting in the parking lot we see they leta gentleman in to grab his order & go. I then walk up to front door which is locked and some employee skips over to me pointingat a sign saying they?re closed I then told her you just let someone in to get his drinks She then gets some other employee totalk to me I explain that I have an order I just want to grab they already let someone come and get his. She then says that shehad to have a talk with the younger employee saying she shouldn?t have done that I then have to go to the drive-through to waitfor my drink that had already been ready. As we come up to the speaker we tell them we had a mobile order it had been ready fora while and if they?re soggy please remake them they said that if any drinks are soggy they remake them. Once I left at 12:45pmI noticed that they did not remake my soggy drinks but this location needs help. Read more

Been open for a week. First visit today. Horrible experience. Need to do more training. Waited over five minutes at window... for one drink. They seemed to have lost order while other orders were getting made and backed up. No sorry or anything. I wasone person with one item. I ordered a tall mocha cookie crumble frapp. By the picture you can tell it was not my drink andsupposedly one of many items. Read more
