I been going to this place for years,and they were always polite,kind,attentive,and had fast and great food. I went recently and... placed my two orders,for two small meals,which came out in a decent amount of time,but I noticed a lot of the worker are new,andnot the past workers. Well,I paid and got my meals. However,I decided to eat outside this place,but when I opened my meal box,mysmashed potatoes were missing in the box,and my soda was another kind and a diet kind,yuke! When I went back through the drivethrough window,it was a different worker,and I explained the situation,which the lady made a smurkie face and said,is thatall,and gave me my small container of potatoes. Please!,check your bag of goods at this place before you leave the drive thru,oryou may have to deal with cocky,smurkie,and very bad mannerism individuals,that should not work in places like this,until theygo to grow up to be a good employee school. Went through the drive-thru tried to order Francis your employee was rude and had to repeat myself 3 times and gave me attitude... and yelled at me when I went to the window and her and the other employees were laughing at me. Francis was the same way andworse when worked at Pizza Inn she loves to giveaway free food and drinks to friends just warning you . Read more

Walked in 2 hours and 15 minutes before they closed for a 10 piece box of spicy chicken. I was told they didn?t have enough for... my order and when i asked it they could cook some more i was told no, they wouldn?t. I didn?t dine in or take out. I hadn't been here for a few years, mainly because they had changed the oil and believe it or not, the flavor changed... dramatically. Well, the chicken is back the wayI like it which was a surprise. If I could leave a negative star I would. Sadly you have to leave a star to leave a review. I bought a 20 piece spicy cost me... right under $45 of my hard earned money just to get home and find that I got nothing but rocks. So I call this place back justto get laughed at for not asking for a receipt because I thought that I could trust them to not give me rock hard chicken, afterall who would leave chicken on the heater long enough for it to petrify? Well they will and they will sell it to you aswell. Sosince they laughed and wouldn't do anything to resolve it without a receipt, even though I told them that I still had thechicken, I will post pictures of said chicken in the hopes that nobody makes this mistake with this place ever again.
