Id have to say the new manager has done amazing. Definetly need to give this place another try if you had a bad experience... before. All the employees were so kind professional. The place was clean. The food was really good tasting as well. The roofleaking from rain a bit in kids play place was not anyone's fault I know its hard to come in and get everything fixed quick butthey are doing great. Worst Burger King ever! Took 25 min+ to get our food order was wrong. Had to pour the ice tea out tasted horrible!Asked... questions of the staff that brought us our food she's said I don't know and walked away. Staff has the customer service abilityof a bunch of zombies. Don't waste your money or time here. Dairy Queen right down the road. Read more
Customer service was terrible. We were the only customers in the dining room and had to wait a good while for follow up service... to get mustard and jalapenos. One attendant sat in a dining booth while we waited for service. Also, the drive through attendanthandled cashier duties then prepared orders for drive thru customers with no gloves. Yes. Touched the food with bare hands. Theywere also out of main food items... hamburger patties for the Whopper sandwiches. Read more
I waited and waited for my 1 burger order at the window. There were 2 women working. The blonde picked up my bag and put it back... in the shelf. Finally the other woman picked it up and gave it to me. When I asked why the other woman didn?t hand it to me, sheexplained it wasn?t her order. Really???? If it wasn?t hers then it must have been mine. Then I asked the blonde young woman toadd some Mayo to the bottom bun. She apparently thought loading it up over the top was a good idea to be ugly when I asked forthe burger ? my way?She didn?t realize that is the way I like it. Joke was on her. I asked for a Bacon King and do you see bacon on my burger? NOPE! I guess I?m lucky I got onions and a soft bread ... posted that bad review a while ago, lately they have been much better, their burgers have tasted very fresh. They haven?t messedup an order in months. Good for them! Read more
Seems to be a reoccurring thing here... Love paying for a LARGE deluxe and getting no lettuce or tomato and an old burnt piece... of chicken. And getting that large fry that has less than a small fries amount In it.... Just sad Read more
Well this is why poor service poor food and it's sad cause it used to be good at the one on SE MILITARY DR. Pictures speak for... them self here u go. Now would u want ur child to play in something like that much less eat there. I wouldn't we had left whenwe saw that and left the food in the trash. And yes we tried to tell them but they didnt give us the time of day to listen tous. Read more
