The only thing I would change is add a bread length mild Italian sausage and maybe a small container Au jus. The Bread is soft... and easy to chew. The Meat is tender and holds the taste of the Cheese perfectly. In my first week of discovering the restaurant5 king sandwiches And an order of Loaded Fries. Simply my new and only Sandwich Shop. I love Cheese Steak Shop. It's one of my favorite places to eat when I'm in Livermore. I've been going there for many years. I... don't live in Livermore but I make it a habit to go by and eat a King of Philly cheese steak whenever I'm there. Cheese Steaksandwichs happen to be my favorite. All the Cheese Steak Shops in my area are all gone. That's why I go out of my way to visitevery time I'm in Livermore. No other Cheese Steak places even come close to the original. Give them a try.
