If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order. Went to the location with already trouble, they messed up two... orders in a row meanwhile not having orders ready for people waiting 10+ minutes everytime someone complained about their orderbeing wrong at least 2 people were trying to solve the issue or just walking around not making food. I heard one of the workerssay my name while looking at the order board. Meanwhile my order wasn't being prepared at all. I got a notification that myorder was ready for pickup at the counter. ( I was standing there the whole time which had already been 15 minutes). my orderwas not ready....I continued to wait. I went up and asked a worker and he said my order was not on their board. Which is insaneI talked to the manager and he told me my order wasn't made even though I was showing him the confirmation. They looked on theregister for mobile orders and re printed the order and made it. Of course after all of that they missed an item off of myorder. The worst experience that I've ever had in a food joint. I'm going to have to go all the way back there in order to get arefund now too..... Read more
Went through the drive thru tonight at 11:00pm. My order was quite simple but the lady inside could not understand it no matter... how many different ways I said it. A #2 supreme with a sprite. 2 crunchy tacos and a Mexican pizza. When she repeated the orderit was more then 50% incorrect. I tried to explain multiple ways that there should be a total of 5 tacos and a Mexican pizza.She still could not grasp it. After telling her we should start over she finally got the order right. Then I get to the hoteland go to pull the soft shells tacos out the bag and they placed the tacos upside down so when I grab them they slide out thewrapper and end up all over the bottom of the bag. I definitely feel they did it deliberately. I would not recommend using thisTaco Bell. I would personally drive an extra 20 minutes to get to another Taco Bell. Read more
It's fast, pretty cheap, and very tasty! If you are looking for good mexican food, do not look here... It's still 10/10 flavor... and service, just not very authentic. Love this place with my whole heart!! Read more
My entire order was wrong even though I repeated it 4 times! My nachos didn't have any cheese even though I asked for extra and... I ordered 5 bean and cheese burritos and asked for beef on 3 of them but only 1 had beef! Not that hard so like what was theissue?? What's worse is that the order was for 2 other people and it sucks when you bring them their food and the order iswrong. Read more

After ordering my food and receiving it I asked for sauce the employee steven went to get it and was rudely interrupted by a... manager named Bernadette she started he didn't ask for sauce so don't Give it to him then she started to talk in tagalag which Iunderstand some what and was being very rude to steven I felt the tension I asked for her name and he was in fear, then i couldher her say y I'm asking for her name he then gave me her name with a fist bump to me. hopefully manager Bernadette will fix theway she treats other employees in the future I could feel the vibe and her management skills are not there hopefully thisreaches corporate to fix this issue feel bad for other employees Read more
