New to the area, and I walked here with a co worker since its across the street from my job. Came in around lunch time(12:15).... I asked for a specialty sandwich and wanted to know if I could sub the protein. The worker stated that I cant, which was fine. Ithen mentioned that instead I would order a different sandwich, but she contonued to cut me off saying "no you cant dothat...no...no". Even though i was preparing to order a completely different item, she continued to utter "no you cant dothat". I walked out and ordered hawaiin food next door(which was DELICIOUS, by the way). Franchise to maximize profit...skimped over every item. Rude, Unprofessional staff. Never coming back.
Restaurant did not honor the packing request in the online order. When asked the restaurant staff was super rude and claimed... that asking the sub to wrapped as 6inch subs didn't make sense and was inconvenience to them being the only staff in thelocation. Their goal is to use as little supplies as possible to maximize profits. Read more
