Slowest Starbucks on earth. Every time I regretfully show up here the drive through moves like molasses and mobile ordering... doesn't help anything either. This place moves at a glacial pace. You could order here, then drive across town and get a coffeeat another Starbucks and then drive back here and still be waiting. Read more

There were only two people working and at least twenty people in line, and they were so kind and polite as they asked people... what they wanted to order. I wanted a really specific drink, and the guy at the counter was super patient as I told him exactlywhat I wanted. It wasn?t too long of a wait and it looked amazing. lady on register with accent was very sweet, people on bar not so much. they forgot half in half, no biggie, but when i asked... for it lady gave me rude stare. then when i asked for them to top my drink off with whip since it all got mixed it. man namedvince said ?again?!? youre the one that poured half and half all over it? i then asked for a straw. he threw it at me. no way totreat anyone who?s just trying to be pleasant. This review has to do with Pleasanton, which I guess I?m not allowed to review so this was the next closest thing. Driving... around Pleasanton for the first time, I could not stop laughing for the life of me. It was as if somebody took their SimCity2000 build and made it real and just placed it on the ground. You can literally feel the bubble when you are in it and when youleave it lol. I can?t imagine growing up there or living there and not knowing what it?s like in Amman or São Paulo or theAmazon. It would be nice if the baristas at this location would learn to confirm your order and drink modifications rather than replying... "anything else?" with an attitude that suggests they have better things to do. Today is the 100th time that I drove off withregular milk and not the almond milk that I asked and paid for. If they simply take the time to confirm the order, they willsave themselves time and stop wasting material from having to remake drinks. This will be helpful for customer service as wellas their budget and when they have shortages. I come to this location from Hayward because those locations have terriblecustomer service as well but since new baristas have popped up here, its become the same. Read more

The wait time was incredibly long and on top of that they could not tell me when I would get my coffee. The person at the... counter literally said I cannot tell you when you?ll get your coffee but it will be soon. I had been waiting 15 minutes alreadyat that time. Finally got it after 20 min. Needs to be faster than that for a coffee. Read more

I have come here many times but this is by far the worst service at a Starbucks. I really think this is the only branch that... hires people who are unable to find any other jobs.
