I placed an online order.2 Sandwiches and a kids meal. Upon picking up my order I looked in my back and had no cookies and... only a sandwich. Mind you a kids meal comes with a cookie and applesauce. When I go inside I ask what comes in the order andit?s repeated back to me. I said I do not have any of those items in my bag. All I got was sorry we ran out? So why did I payfor the full thing when I don?t get all the items??!!! Rip off. Check your order every time. Not only that.. she failed to tellme they were out and did not include any option so they expected me to leave with less and hope I don?t notice until I amhome? I had a request to cut into 4 pieces from the usual 2 and I had no lettuce and it came with it. this is Worse customerservice. Update: The owner reached out to me through email from their customer service survey. He apologized on behalf of hisemployee and stated they had a busy weekend and had low stock of everything and he was out of town. I was fully refunded on myorder. I am willing to give this place another shot, but will try in person to avoid any online order issues and paying forthings that they do not have in store. Sandwiches are really good, but ironically the pickles kind of suck. Service is decent and certainly adequate for a... counter-service restaurant. I came 5 minutes before they said my order would be ready and they gave me attitude for being early. They hadn?t even started... making my sandwiches. I was standing there waiting and they didn?t start making it until the time they said it would be ready.The customer service is awful and the employees are very rude. I will never be returning to this location. My sandwich beinglate was not the worst part about this location, it?s the sassy and rude employees I have experienced both times I have visitedhere. Like the countless other negative reviews here, I also used to be a regular and have decided to go elsewhere now. When their... bread is fresh, it's great. But, their service has gotten worse and worse, and the delays in getting my sandwich average over anhour now. The employees will push the estimated time to about an hour after order. This happens no matter when I order. Thisallows them to let the ticket sit there for 50 minutes and then make the sandwich then. The problem is that no other restaurantI order from does this. So I don't think to order an hour ahead for lunch. I had been eating here almost weekly, but each timeI would arrive 45 to 50 minutes after placing the order, I'd get a smart alec comment from one of them that they still had timeaccording to the ticket. This happens even when it's not crowded there. There was a heavyset female today with a shrill voicewho gave me attitude about asking about my order 50 minutes after I ordered it (because she still had 10 minutes according tothe ticket). Then when I came back in 10 minutes later, she yelled at all of us about covid guidelines and some of us needed towait outside. I left again, without our sandwiches, and this time it was for good. After reading all the other reviews with theexact same complaints, it's clearly a management issue. Not freakin bad! Good bread, made to order (and correctly), friendly courteous staff, and good music. Ain?t gonna lie, the... cookie was pretty lame, and also if one of your party orders a gluten free wrap you should have the SA to not give them achocolate chip cookie, but otherwise I?d put this Mr. Pickles up against any average Togo?s, and it kills a Quiznos hands down.Note, there?s another mainstream sandwich spot that doesn?t even deserve a mention in this review.
