96% of the time..my order is wrong. One order in two years has been correct; therefore 96% inaccuracy. I have tried giving them... chances but instead I drive an extra 8 miles to the downtown location. I am shocked to see the other reviews are happy customersbecause honestly, this location never fails to disappoint. I stopped visiting Jack in the Box for this reason. It is not worthit to drive so far out of the way because this location isn't up to par. BTW I get the same thing everytime: simple andunedited from the menu. Read more

I was harrassed and treated horribly today by one of the employees working at the drive thru during lunch time in front of my... children. After paying for my order I simply asked the cashier for a hamburger box and explained that I would like it because Iwanted to split my kids fries that were present in the backseat. He became enraged with me over just this question and said?NO!? I tried to explain why I needed it and he told me I?m not taking your order again! But I was only asking for an empty box.He again became hostile and yelled at me that he is not taking my order again. He clearly did not speak English well and was notunderstanding the word ?box?. He scared my small children in the backseat when they seen their mom being yelled at by thisemployee for no apparent reason. I never once raised my voice or treated him rudely. He just couldn?t understand English welland assumed what I was saying and over reacted. I saw him make a fist to another employee gesturing that he wanted to hit me andI then grabbed my phone and told him I was going to call the police if he tried to hurt me. I recorded this man and his crazybehavior, he referred to himself as ?Alex? on my recording. It was very traumatizing for my children and I need someone tocontact me about this immediately. He was already upset by a previous customer before me and took his frustration out on me whenI did not deserve it.This should NEVER happen and this employee should be reprimanded for his erratic behavior. I have been going to this jack in the box for a little less than a year now. The food tastes exceptional. The staff are pretty... friendly. But the service will often get something wrong with my order. For example, Thrice in a row, they forgot to give me thesauce for my Heinz dip and crunch bacon cheeseburger (this item is off sale now). Other times I will ask for my iced tea to besweetened, and I will get it unsweetened. I like my tacos with easy (less) taco sauce, but I?ll usually get extra. My kids like Jack in the box. Sometime when i'm tired ???? and can't cook. We usually do drive ???? through orders. Its easy and... fast. Nice customer service ???? and kids friendly. Extimated spending per person 10-20$. Read more

Barely a place to get food. Their experiments are often, and often terrible as a company. Update: 6/2022- although I always... appreciate thoughtful engagement, and a willingness to improve, your company operates on a franchise model. While I will giveyou the benefit of the doubt in your sincerity, my firm experience is not a statement about you or how you run things. It isabout Jack in The Box as a company. Fine food and would give 4 stars for just that, but lost a star due to questionable customer service. I placed my order on the... mobile app and customized my burger, but the worker wanted to confirm I did in fact want the two sauces I said I did. Obviouslyif I'm customizing the burger toppings on the app I want the burger made that way. So that was an unfortunate waste of time. Read more
