If I could put 0 I would have. I ordered pizza and I get a call from a phone that wasn't the store phone number. They canceled... my order as I was told that the driver was pulled over n can't get my food. Why use a customer phone from in the store. Why notuse the store phone to call us back. I really enjoyed the pizza here, the only thing the service is not good at all. I ordered 2 medium 3 topping pizzas on a... Saturday afternoon and waiting about 25 minutes for my order to be done. I arrived at the store and the pizza was ready, but Iopened the box and it had nothing but cheese and olives. I told the cashier hey I ordered 2 medium pizzas with pepperoni, hamand sausage not cheese and olives. The woman told me ok another 20 minutes sir sorry. Just bluntly told me with no concernreally upset me. She allowed me to have the other pizzas made. Pre-Ordered 6 medium pizzas and 3 salads for our office party this week. First of all the pizzas were cold. The worst thing is... the driver was so rude and shouting at me when delivering. The east and west buildings for delivery was literally a glass dooraway. He called and I told him where I was and within 2 mts he came around. It looked like he was trying to make excuses forbeing very late, about 20mts late. I still apologized as I didn?t know.I got so scared the delivery person was going to getphysically abusive.
