$35 in one picture. I love Indian food, but this place is not worth spending money. I'd go to a different Indian cuisine. As... they charge rice and nan separately, a single curry dish would be around $25. Read more

Now remember, this was my first time eating here and I only ordered two dishes. But I swear to you it is the BEST Indian food... I've ever had. Just listen to the name Butter Chicken Tikka Masala. If you've ever watched Tyler's Ultimate on food network....this is that, Ultimate Indian Food! For those who are hanging on my every word, my second dish was their vegetable Biryani. Andyes it's the best I ever had as well. Read more

Curry Cravings recently catered food for our party and everyone really enjoyed it. The food choices, freshness, and the personal... touches made it even more special. The appetizers, main course, and the desserts reminded of authentic Indian flavors. CurryCravings really exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for the authentic taste of Indian food and professional service, Iwould highly recommend them. Read more

Lunch buffet needs more variety in flavors. Methi Malti Chicken and Tandoori Chicken stood out. Mango Kheer was the best I've... had and butter naan was excellent. Spiciness was good, but some other dishes were too salty. Service was excellent and thebathrooms were clean. Overall, a good restaurant - imho, more evenness in the quality/variety in spices and a touch in extras(eg more desserts like gulab jamon) would bring it to five stars. 8/6/17 Update: upgrading to 5 stars, relative to otherchoices in the area. Naan is consistently excellent, high quality ingredients and attention to spices warrant the upgrade. Mango rice pudding is perfectly refreshing for the summer. Small items that need improvement: spinach was too salty and traysneed more heat (don't go before 12:15 or so). OTOH, if they were to make these improvements, I'd be there more often than oncea week and my waistline would grow... 5/2/18 Update: haven't been back in a while - decided to try again after finding a couponon the back of a Safeway receipt for $10.99 buffet ($2 off). It appears that the owner/chef has changed. The buffet has beenmoved from the front of the store to the back. Quality has taken a turn for the worse - spices are stronger (it used to be moresubtle, a bit like Frontier Spice) which is okay, but hides the (lack of) freshness of the ingredients. The old attention todetail in preparation and use of distinctive spices are gone. Half of the dishes were lukewarm/cold. Also troubling - three orfour times, I saw the staff putting food from the buffet trays into plastic takeout containers. Is this normal? I've neverseen this done at any Indian buffets before. Downgraded to 3 stars for higher prices and lower quality compared to last review, but if you still want to try, the chicken is still good. I'd say the current best bets in the area are India Garden andFrontier Spice in Downtown Pleasanton, down the street. Read more

Awesome Punjabi food. Tandoori rotis are well done as soft. Food is closest to authentic cuisine. The staff is very courteous.... They have quite a good options for lunch buffet. Though the restaurant is on a busy street like Santa Rita, you can easilymiss it when you drive by. They need to put up a better signage. Would recommend for tandoori delicacies, vegetarians and tadkadal. This is a hidden gem Read more
