Just the absolute worst. Ordered a value sausage biscuit, she didn't know what I was talking about. Got my food, it was a cold... sausage, biscuit, egg, and cheese thing... All wrong. My French toast sticks are cold and hard. I get up to the window to pay,they didn't have the vanilla iced coffee, she is telling me this while rubbing her nose with her bare hands and rubbing herface. The manager came over and threw some coffee, milk, and simple syrup in a cup, it's terrible. My toddler is very fond of fries here and every other day I buy them for him, sometimes redeeming the "$1 large fries" offer... from my ios app. On this day as well I Went to the drive-thru after placing an order online and the person accepting orders toldme that I had to buy something else with it. I requested him to check again if he is mistaking this offer for some other offeras I'd used the same offer a few times earlier and was well aware of its terms. Even mobile app let me place the order, I havethe digital receipts. He started yelling at me and not giving me a chance to speak telling me it's not free, donno why, as I'dalready paid through the ios app. My accent or color might have suggested to him that I can be treated in an inferior manner anddon't deserve any respect. This almost made me cry while my son was present in the car while waiting for his favorite fries.It's not a question of $1 offer anymore, it's about disrespect I got for no reason. While placing my order in the drive-through with one person another guy starting yelling through the headset so loud I couldn't... understand anything they were saying. Then when I pulled up to the window one guy was yelling and making all kinds of noisewhile other employees were asking him to be quiet. Then to top it off they were all rude. Read more
Fast service and attentive employees. One of the cleanest Burger Kings in the area. Food was hot and as good as expected.... However employees when not serving customer, they were cleaning. Keeping busy. Which is a rare site, especially a place like BK.So hats off to the crew at the Pleasanton location. A far far FAR cry better then the Dublin location. Read more
