There was a long line when we visited, but decided to try it out. We bought the baguette sandwich special 2 for $12.50, the... raspberry cheese Danish, mango creme Danish pastry, and the garlic cheese bread. Love almost everything here. My favorite is their tomato caprese and avocado sandwich. The coffee is excellent as well.
Terrible attitude. The staff is inpatient. We tried to order 3 different kinds of bread and she walked right away after hearing... the first one without confirming. And ended up gave us the wrong bread. No apologies whatsoever and blamed us for pointing atthe wrong one. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the bread is delicious. Read more
You gotta go early most of the Bread was sold out ( I was looking for the French Baguette) by afternoon...2pm Management should... study the traffic flow and manage inventory accordingly. If you can't get a Baguette ???? do you really call it a Bakeryshop? Plenty of dessert ???? cake slices were available though. Sliced bread ???? was also sold out. purchased a uncut loaf of milk bread. The outer portion of the bread was hard and the taste of the bread inside the crust was... missing. Their Japanese stores are actually pretty good, but this is Andersen America. the strawberry shortcake was also a bigdisappointment. Looks good on the outside but poor texture and flavor throughout. Store hours are actually whenever they are available to open. Please update your hours, most people will understand that you... been swamped recently. But they rarely open at 930am as advertised. May be closer to 1030ish during the weekday, it's gettingcloser to 11am. Read more
Every item of our order came out excellent here. Very well done! We ordered vegetarian sandwiches, veg soups and veg salad.... Tried Cranberry walnut bread and focaccia etc. Surprised by the consistent great quality! Must visit bakery in the mall. Servicewas pretty fast too, with friendly staff. Looks like lot of artisan bread varieties are out of stock by noon. So order ahead. Read more
Great bakery! Nice fresh bread and super tasty sandwiches. Line is always long though, (for good reason!) so get here early and... expect some wait time around peak hours. Customer service is great, these ladies are super friendly and accommodating. Read more
