During a time when fast food restaurants are short staffed, this Wendy's consistently pulls through. They struggle with the same... issues other fast food places do, yet the food is still always hot and fresh. The wait may be a little longer, but the line ofcars consistently in the drive thru every day speaks volumes. Worth a short wait. Read more
I'm not an expert in franchise success, but I would assume closing the lobby every day around 5pm, and bringing the drive thru... to a dead halt is not a successful model. The ragged sign says the lobby is closed due to short staff. With the lobby closed,and no cars moving at the drive thru, I guess Wendy's can only afford 1 person. Read more
Amazing! We came here when we were on a road trip to the drive in theater in Franklin Kentucky. They got the order right! It was... definitely much nicer then many Wendy?s that I have been too, except the building on the outside was not much space. And thedrive thru line is long. Read more

This is a good Wendy's located situated along with the Shell station and a Dunkin' donuts. Their service here is always really... good I've never had a bad sandwich from here I typically get breakfast. Well I just had to try this new breakfast thing Wendy?s has. Honestly it sucks! The biscuit is very squashed and thin, while not... very tasty. The potato wedges u get are very delicious actually, but the biscuit should be the end-all judge. Don?t waste yourtime or money here... go to Hardee?s. Read more
This is the WORST Wendy's. These kids DO NOT want to work after 9pm. They're SUPPOSED 2STAY OPEN UNTIL 1AM on weekends EVERYTIME... I've ever came after 10pm they will not answer, they pretend They're ALWAYS out of whatever u want,they say b right with u&nevercome.I went last night @11:36 It says their open until 1am,but the drive thru lights were shut off@11:36 PM...I took pictures to show u their done working way B4 their supposed to.
