Not a great experience. First the lady on the headset was not very welcoming at all. Ok no biggie, but I haven?t been to BK in a... while and noticed a few new items on the menu. Excited because they both had bacon, I asked what the difference in the twoburgers were. She huffed and said ?uh, I don?t work in the kitchen.? Taken aback I paused thinking she couldn?t of been thisrude and surely this was just a statement to give her the opportunity to go check and get the answer. After quite a long awkwardsilence, I realized that no, she was that rude and so I just ordered based on the picture. Once at the drive through, shestruggled with my drink due to her excessively long nails, yummy! And then she forgot the sauce that I specifically asked forand tried to not give me my receipt so that I couldn?t do the surgery. So I paused after she gave me my food until she finallyreturned back to the window. Another huff and then she complied. Don?t waste your time or money. My husband and I went around 3pm and the place was dead so we thought we?d get our food quickly... and accurately. When we got our food, the fries were cold and old, my husband was missing ingredients from his burger (lettuce,tomato, so on) and both our sodas tasted like water that was stored near soda. Both bathrooms were a disaster with no toiletpaper and the doors we entered from looked and felted like they haven?t been cleaned in weeks. Better off going to the subwaynext door. Read more
It was later in evening when we stopped, but the crew here treated every order they prepped (that I saw) as if it was the first... of the day. They were affable, considerate, and compassionate; got my order right without any hesitation (I like to mix theirstandard fare up a little). Thank you for such a pleasant stopover. Read more
Upon first glance, this BK had it together then it went downhill. Women?s restroom nasty. Cashier refused to give us receipt so... we had no idea our number when called out. We had to clean our own table. And frustrating the blond argued that the Bacon Kingsandwich had bacon on it when clearly there was none! The Mgr had to step in and save the day, God love her! Three stars wasgiven due that employees did show up and lobby was open to customers. Read more
For being extraordinarily short staffed all the time, the kids that show up for work are super stars. The drive thru guy was... apologetic for the wait and made sure my order was correct. Thank you for your great workmanship and customer service. Read more
Don't get there much but when I do it's got that good old charcoal flavor. Depending on which the burger then you go to the one... on riverside has hateful employees but all the other ones had very enjoyable employees so just stay away from riverside and youwill really enjoy your visit. Read more
