I had heard rave reviews from some friends online, so I had to try it. Delicious, amazing, makes me very sad they don't exist... where I live! The burgers and cheese curds were amazing. The rate is low because of: Slow service. It is silly and immature, planning to place inexperienced, customer service... representatives on drive thru without supervision or guidance. The poor girl didn't know what came on the burger. Tooexpensive to be forgetting the fries and water that came with the meal. Do better. Read more
It's hard not to love Culver's because their food is so, so good. Stopped in this location just for some ice cream. It's a hard... decision on what to go with, but decided on a strawberry shake. The shake was delicious. The unfortunate thing is that theirmedium is pretty small and was almost $5. Better deals other places. Read more
First Wisconsin Culver?s I?ve tried and it did not disappoint. I?ve tried Culver?s from out of state and it does not compare.... The chicken sandwich was delicious and perfectly spicy. The cheese curds were delicious. When our food was taking longer thannecessary, one of the workers noticed and she was on it. Great experience. Read more
My group all used the online order function as when we arrived there was a sign saying that their dining room was closed. We... placed our orders between the times of 7:03 pm and 7:11 pm. We were told upon arrival at 7pm that when we ordered online theywould bring our order out to us. This did not happen. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food. The only reason we gotour food at all was because we went inside to check on it once the doors were unlocked. When we arrived at 7:00 p.m. the doorswere locked. At around 7:35 p.m. I had gone inside to check on my group's orders. They were sitting in a hot box next to theregisters. I have no idea how long they were sitting in there. I would understand if our orders had not been made yet - it wasbusy when we first arrived. However as all three of our orders were sitting in the box next to the registers when I went in tocheck on them 30 minutes later, this is unacceptable. If we are told that an order is being brought out to us, we expect that.Two of our orders were for curbside delivery. Another note, the employees did offer to remake our ice cream. However, it tookthem three tries to get it right and the manager was very argumentative with me when I went to have the order remade/rectified.When the other person who ordered the ice cream item that had to be remade 3 times went in to say that, no it hadn't been maderight (was a wild cherry smoothie that had no lemon) the manager on duty basically told them they were lying to their face. Thattime they made it correctly. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. All of this could have been avoided if somebodywas reading tickets more closely and doing their job. Read more
I walked in at the peak of dinner time (5pm) and I see four people standing around but only one person was able to take orders.... I waited ten minutes until someone that was going home had to clock back in and take my order. Pretty astonishing that a simplejob like a cashier cannot be worked by everyone employed at this location. Simple business 101. Read more
