Very disappointed. This is the third order I have gotten in the last 2-3 months that is subpar. Today, I ordered... breakfast-chicken biscuit and hash browns. The biscuit was dry, hard and stale, chicken was overcooked/dry and the hash brownshad definitely been sitting they were lukewarm and very greasy. I will not be going back there. I'll drive to the Waterfrontor South Hills where the food is always consistently what you expect from Chick-fil-A. Read more
Food is fine. Line in drive thru was long so I just glanced in my bags and I was missing one large fries ???? that I paid for.... It was too late to go back. That was disappointing ????. Feel I should get a free large fry next time but sure it would be ahassle. Read more
Placed a mobile order for 2 salads, a sandwich and fries. A simple order with nothing special. After 15 minutes of waiting, I... asked why my order was taking so long. Employee told me they were busy and waiting on sandwiches. Saw plenty of people orderafter me and got their orders before I did, so not sure why my order was waiting on a sandwich. After waiting 25 minutes, myorder was finally ready. I understand being busy, but no one could explain why I had to wait 25 minutes while others who came inafter me got their orders within 5 minutes. Very personalized. I have yet to drive through anywhere else that is more intimate. They collect name and vehicle type to make... sure you get your order. The chicken was hot and moist, seasoned with a hint of BBQ. It was delightful! I was skeptical atfirst because the lines always seemed daunting, but it was absolutely worth the extra minute or two! I will be returning herefor many more of the genuine "happy" mealtimes. Read more
Don't expect an online order to keep you from waiting. Ordered through the CFA app so I wouldn't have to wait in the insane... lines I always see here, and it didn't save me any time. I still spent about 25 minutes standing around. CFA queues theironline orders based on your device location, so they don't add your order to the system at the restaurant till you're there orclose. Show up during a busy time? You'll wait as long as somebody who orders on the spot. I don't plan on returning, the waitjust isn't worth it. Read more
Love this place! They have recently renovated it and added an additional lane. The staff is friendly. Can get a bit busy... especially during the evening hours. They do however get you in and out pretty fast. I took my dog there and they offered him acup of cool whip which I thought was awesome! Of course they asked me first. Highly recommend this place. Delicious chicken! Every time we drive past here the place is lined around the building and the parking lot is full. So we... finally decided to stop. The chicken was juicy and delicious. The waffle fries were kind of cold which was surprising for itbeing so busy. The restroom was really clean and this was right at lunch time so that impressed me. The staff were friendly andattentive to the tables as well as the customers. There was a cute play area for the little ones. They fill your pop at theorder area which is different than we are custom to with most fast food places having their own refill stations. I thought itwas high quality and good price. Read more
Ordered a large fry and this is what I got?unacceptable and insulting. Was this supposed to be a joke? I already left and didn?t... see this until I got home, but next time I?ll be checking while I?m in line and making sure I got the large fry I paid for.Suggest others do the same so you don?t get ripped off like I did since they seem to think this is okay to do to people.
