My experience on 07/26/2021 was horrible. The yogurt was great but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I'm a... rewards member with cash on my card. I went to pay through their app which has a button so that you can scan & pay. Theassociate states that I've received my points but doesn't see that I have funds available. I then show her on the app. Afterher seeing that there are funds available, she then ask am I sure about the money? I ask for the Mgr & she states she's the Mgrof the day, I told her that I want her Mgr. She then whispers something without really giving me the information that Irequested. I then paid cash for my order, which is ridiculous since I have money available to spend. Prior to writing thisreview I tried calling them at the number listed on the receipt with no luck. Always has great flavors of frozen yogurt! The original tarte is my favorite! and also the mango flavor is incredibly creamy!... Due to COVID-19 once going inside you get in line and tell the employee what size bowl you want regular or large and then theyask about how much and what kind of yogurt you want. Option is 1/4 , 2/4 , 3/4 (a little more than halfway or 4/4 all the wayfilled) then they hand it over to someone else who will assist in putting the toppings for you. One of my favorite froyo places in the area. This location has a good variety of flavors. There are a few classics they seem to... keep, and the rest rotate so each time I come in there is something new to try. The toppings are solid here as well, and arewell maintained (not the absolute mess you see in some places). Read more
