I came here the other day after ordering on the app. When I arrived the drive thru line was long so I went to pick up in the... store instead. A worker was putting a sign on the door closing the dining room and cash registers inside. I asked if I couldpick up my app order. She said yes. The reason she closed the dining area is they were short handed on workers. I had to waita bit longer than I should have but the workers were trying hard to get my order. Also they kept communicating about my orderand apologizing for the delay. I will go back but I hope they are properly staffed next time. Read more

TACO BELL IN PLEASONT HILL CA Yess YESSS YESSSS . CUSTOMER SERVICE 10 PLUS STARS THE GUY WAS SUPER COOL AND HE WAS VERY POLITE... .. Soo if u read this Dude u deserve Recognition.... also the other guy I that made my food he was very quick but did everythingby the book .. great cook everything was made to ORDER.... I can't make this up it was super good I live for taco bell when I'mhungry because it's cheap and it's lots of food I ended up with the box with the grilled cheese burrito box. The app claimed they were open until 2am (Fri night/Sat morning) and let me put in a whole order. I arrived before 1:30 and they... had apparently already closed, the workers were actually hanging out outside. When I pulled thru and up next to them to gettheir attention they ignored me. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised! I have been avoiding this location for almost a year due to extremely small portion size(s).. I... decided to go back and try it, I had a $2 beef cheesy burrito. It was very large and tasted great with the cheese sauce! The $2burrito special (on sale) is a steal of a deal!! Bean burritos are made of more than beans and tortilla. Too bad the employees don?t know that. One burrito to make with no... other customers?and it was garbage. Didn?t eat half of it. Also, the employees are too dumb to open the drive-through window,it took 4 of them to figure it out. What have they been doing for the drive through the entire first half of the day??
