Probably should have read the reviews first. Driver told me he tried to call me but had the wrong number ? even though the... branch previously had. They called me because they were out of something I ordered and needed to substitute it. Substitute itfor a WAY over cooked cheese bread. Wrong pizza or they shorted me multiple toppings that they charged for and incorrectsauces. Very disappointed. Would highly recommended, avoiding! Read more

Ordered delivery from here. Everything was fine but they forgot all the ranch. The 2 that came Free and the one I PAID for. I... drove to the location and let them know. The person working at the front was nice and gave me the ranch plus some. But I feellike I?m probably not the only person that ends up having this issue. Read more
This location has yet to get an order right. We?ve ordered probably half a dozen times and have finally accepted defeat and... won?t ever be back. Every time the wait to pickup is way longer than expected. Tonight I ordered online, go there to pick up 30min later, for them to say the couldn?t make one of the pizzas with the crust we ordered. So instead of calling me to ask whatwe wanted they waited till we showed up and hadn?t even started the order. Told us ?could take more than 45 min.? I phone in my pizza order every time because I like a little bit of extra sauce. The normal amount they put on these pizzas is... actually "light sauce" IMO. So I call in and ask for extra sauce. At the end of the call I ask "did you get the extra saucepart?" Answer, yes. Pick up the pizza, $34.40. No extra sauce. I think the reason this happened is because this place isunderstaffed. Always. Round Table has been my favorite pizza place for 50 yrs. Not so much nowadays. I have been eating RTPizza since a large King Arthur Supreme was $4.25. With shrimp, no anchovies. Early 70's in Fremont Ca. The stores in & aroundPleasant Hill have been terrible. Always something wrong with the pizza. There is one that is very good. The place on WillowPass Rd., Concord.
