I came here for the first time today. I tried Tiger milk tea for the first time and it was delicious. I'll definitely get that... again, and I also had the taro milk tea. That is normally my go to anywhere I go, but this one was pretty gross. It was verygritty and clumpy and I couldn't finish it which was sad cause I got a large. Hopefully it was just a fluke, but based on today,I probably won't get a taro from this location again. Read more
The contra costa mask mandate has been gone for weeks and they have a no mask no service policy. I understand very few... businesses require masks and that?s respectable ever so they provide masks. This place doesn?t even provide masks and they?restaff is not polite. That?s not the worst part the cleanliness of this place is maybe a 2 out 5(5 being the highest). If theytruly cared about covid spreading they would start by better hygiene at their place. Hopefully they change this soon or businesswill be slower than what it seems to be now. Read more

So the tea tasted okay, but I ordered three drinks on postmates and they came without boba pearls. I made sure I selected the... option to have boba but I didn?t have it in the 3 drinks. So that was super disappointing. (Thought there was in the matcha onebut it?s just shavings) Read more
I cried tears of sadness and frustration when I had my first sip of my taro milk tea. It tasted and smelled like dirty old... towels drenched in stagnant water. Eeeekkk!!! I also tried the grass jelly of my friends and it tasted so bland and weak. Why ohwhy is this place rated 4 stars with 400+ reviews?!! Why people why??? You failed us! On the positive side, we are never comingback so you people can have all the milk tea of this place. PS: at first we thought the place was called "Milk Tealdo" (slur)when we read the sign. So boba is my kids and my guilty pleasure. I was really pleased to discover this little gem. Not only do they have GREAT... tasting boba, and tea.. they also have "tonics" , soda drinks with jellies. Super cute,.and refreshing! The staff was reallyhelpful and knowledgeable about the menu as well. Read more
