You would think fast food would be a simple task to get right. These people however failed to do so. Ordered a meal with drink... and fries, we got the drink and not the fries. After checking the bag we simply let them know we did not receive them and theytold us we didn?t order the meal just the sandwiches. We then showed them the drink and they asked if we had our receipt, whichthe cashier did not give us. We asked if they could find the receipt and they said they couldn?t since we paid already. Told uswe could pay for fries AGAIN if we wanted them. Horrid customer service. Try a different location, no wonder this one is emptyon a Saturday night Read more

I payed for 6 extra mac sauce on the side and got six of these. My coworkers and I weren?t too happy plus this happens way too... often. I like mcdonald?s but i?d give this location 0 stars if possible. Read more
It was okay, for McDonalds. The fries were just made...good right there...but the meat on the burger (Quarter-pounder with... cheese) was dry and hard along one edge. Getting harder and harder to find something as simple as a burger and fries at areasonable price. Read more
This McDonald's was clean and had the newer interior. It has both a cash registers and kiosks for orders. it also has a small... play space for children. When I went there, there was a small line and the manager was quick to open up another register. Ihad a sausage McMuffin egg meal and some hotcakes and sausage. Same high-quality as always. Read more
Today I showed up to this McDonald?s to get an evening meal, I have never had a worse experience in my life. The customer... service was absolutely horrible and the employees were rude and Inpatient. I gave a code for my meal to get a discount, and whenI told the employee to add the discount, he got annoyed and told me to pull up to the window. When I pulled up to the window, hetold me I should?ve given it at the speaker. I then gave him the code, and he proceeded to charge me full price anyway, and gaveme a negative look, and during the whole interaction, he was rude and shaking his head. When I looked at the receipt and sawthat they had charged me full price, I proceeded to go back and was then met with no help. In fact, not even words they wereshaking their heads and said I don?t know. They then again gave me a mean look. I have never had such a bad experience at aMcDonald?s in my life, and this made me never want to go back to this McDonald?s ever again. Read more
