I work across the street, I come a lot and never get good business. I always get attitude and disrespect from the employees.... They never are open on time. I went to come in today at 10:30AM and the door was lock and they aren't answering the phone. Theyneed a new manager and employees, possibly new owner. My visit here today was horrible. I have been to many other Jumba cafes and none of them have been as bad as this one. First of... all, there was lots of wait to order as well as to prepare the drinks. Even though we waited one hour just to get out of therethe staff seemed to not care that they made us wait so long. That made it so that we couldn't walk through the rest of theshopping center. I think that any other place would've done a better job in terms of timing and service. I got hooked on smoothies for breakfast for years I went here every morning. Then I moved to were there wasn't any and for years... I made my own but recently moved back and I'm so glad to be able to just go to the store that started me on this health kick. Ifeel so much healthier these day and I know it because of switching to smoothies in the morning' and a sensible lunch and a bighome cooked dinner. no fast food .it will changed you life. The woman helped me promptly and was very polite. I got the Chunky Strawberry bowl, and BOY was that DELICIOUS ????!! It... featured well blended strawberry, peanut butter, and banana, topped with granola, fresh bananas, and strawberries. It was soyummy. I will definitely be getting that again. I already barely trust this Jamba juice after they got me drunk when I was 8 years old, served me a large strawberries wild with... fermented strawberries I blacked out at the art and wine festival and puked everywhere. Walked in today because it's right nextto my hotel and the entire place smelled like fermented fruit. It was so strong I GAGGED instantly and had to turn around andwalk out. Not that the employees noticed I'm sure since they both had their backs turned to the store and I was neveracknowledged. Read more
