Zero Star! Horrible customer service! Came to this store for the very first time today with a friend and will probably be the... last. The service was ridiculously horrible. This young long black haired lady was particularly unpleasant to us. She wasstanding behind the counter as me and my friend were trying to decide on our order. We asked her a few questions about ouroptions for ordering and she seemed really annoyed responding to us. As we were placing our orders, she asked my friend if hewanted the two flavors mixed in or just side by side, my friend said he wanted them just side by side but she still mixedeverything together and even added toppings that he didn?t want. I pointed out that it was not what my friend wanted and shegave us an annoyed face and was shaking her head without correcting the order. We basically paid for ice cream we did not want.My friend even asked for a lid and she annoyingly responded ?right now?? before she gave it to us. I went to the pleasant hill place today in the evening. The ice cream flavors were literally melting. There was a young woman... who helped me today. She looked annoyed the whole time and when I asked her why the cookie dough ice cream was melting shesimply said that is how it looks. I then asked her to get another flavored ice cream which was also (melting and almost done)from inside which she got for me but still remarked "do you want me to get another new one from inside?" with an annoyed tone..But I have been to this place a couple of times and a young man served us well which is why I went here again. I don't thinkthey care about customer service anymore... Very upsetting. I lost my excitement for ice cream after the service I receivedtoday. Read more
I would Give zero stars if it was possible. staff is not friendly and the takeaway large and medium packed ice cream is barely... 3/4 full with lots of air. not worth how much they charge at all! Read more

They are usually pretty good here but lately the friendliness and customer service has gone downhill. The Coffee Lovers (I think that's what it was called) was delicious! Heath Bar, the underrated candy bar for the win! Ice cream... was perfectly soft n gooey with the toppings mixed all about! Not sure why people complain about the "soft/melted" ice cream,nothing worse than rock hard, have to wait ten minutes to bite into my ice cream ice cream.
