Been here twice. Drive thru people are just rude. Beast of a woman there needs so training on how to talk to people. And her... shirt looked dirty. Not coming here again. Read more

It's got root beer floats, and the burger has that unique special sauce, but kinda overall just a bit icky.

Have been to this location a few times with OK service but food from the A&W side always takes really long. Pulled up to the... drive through and immediately had to wait 5 min to place my order despite no drive through line, they had no ice cream, so Icouldn?t get a float. Paid for our order and was told to wait in the parking lot and that our food would be out shortly. Waited 20 to 30 min while all of the other cars that came through behind me got their orders and left, went inside to check on my orderand it turns out they forgot the cheese curds even though it was on the receipt, the root beer was flat and watery, they alsochanged the plain double cheeseburger to a bacon cheeseburger, which my roomate who has problems eating certain foods was nothappy about at all. On top of it all, one of the burgers had two top buns, and the other had two bottom buns. Debated drivingback across town, but decided to just go to the other A&W next time instead rather than deal with the service. One star. Read more

The manager said they ran out of chicken and hamburgers an hour before closing so they turned off the ice cream machine so they... could not sell rootbeer floats either. I asked if she could call the other location about 3 miles away to see if I could buy afloat there, she said no I don't know their phone number. Read more

The register person got our order wrong, we had ordered cheese curds, he had repeated it multiple times and yet we still got... fries. Also, we were really excited about root beer floats but the ice cream machine was broken. And, the speed bump was veryabrupt and too strong. Read more

It had been a while since I had A&W. Was out and decided to treat myself. It's all downhill from here. Had to yell.my order 3... times at the speaker box. Bacon Double Cheeseburger o ly pickles. Then the 25 minute drive-through wait. Got to the window andwas asked if I wanted cheese on my burger. Well, considering I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, the answer is yes. Yes, Iwould like cheese on my burger. Another 5 minute wait. Drove away and took a bite of my burger. Then a second. As the beam ofthe passing streetlight hit the inside of my car, I realized something horrible... it was a cheeseburger, not a double. So Idrive back. This time however, the drive through is clear. Explain what happened (armed with a half eaten burger and a receipt).I get back to the window for another wait. I'm handed the bag and as I go to check it, who I assume is the manager runs to thewindow to ask for the bag back. Apparently, they got it wrong again. By this time, my fries are cold, and I have lost myappetite for A&W. You got my $$ this time but I won't be back. 'Fool me once, shame on...shame on you. Fool me?you can't getfooled again.' Its hard to judge a combined restaurant. I love a&w and a papa burger is always good. But kfc has gone down hill quite a bit... over the years, it's not really the staff I don't think, it's just how the company does things now. Doesn't matter what locationI go to the chicken breading is gummy and gross, the extra crispy is even gummier, and honestly the price I'm paying for friedchicken it's not worth it. I go to krispy krunchy chicken now and in 10 years I wouldn't be surprised if they put everyone outof business. So A&W always good, kfc not as good as it used to be at all. Read more

In town for business, its 9:15 PM and I want to grab something quick before the hotel. Pull in kind of excited to eat an A&W... burger, I used to love them as a kid! After I ordered an A2 I was told they had already turned off the grill. I confirmed thatthey could not offer me a burger. I was told they had two hamburger patties left. I immediately thought of two old pattiessitting somewhere on a warmer. I asked what time they close and the store is open until 10 PM, or whenever the staff feels likeit I guess. Well played staff, the Owner is paying you to turn potential customers away. I bet this staff wants to be paid$15.00 an hr...what a Joke!! Read more
