It's been a while since I've enjoyed myself at an Iceberg, the other locations I've been to have left me wanting. I came here... optimistic that it would be better since it's a new location. And boy did they deliver! I got the pastrami burger and theCheesecake shake. (I forgot that they make them big enough for 2 people, so I had it the rest of the night) The burger was thrbest burger I've eaten in a long time. And the shake was really good! This location is pretty good! I love their shakes! They are massive and they taste really good! The food is hit or miss. Some... items are bad and some are good. I usually get the pastrami burger and it tastes alright. What this place does best are thefries and the shakes. The only issue I have is they never give you enough sauce with your fries or side so you end up paying$0.25-$0.50 more for an extra tiny sauce packet. Conditioner, the shake was watery, flavorless, paid for brownie chunks but got none(now they blend it, they said), grasshopperis not green anymore nor taste any mint. This is NO shake anymore! Great food! BUT ? We got to the drive through on a Tuesday night at 9:30pm. Lobby was already closed. So we went through the... drive through and sat outside at the tables. While we were there, They turned everyone else away at the drive through that werebehind us and said they were closed at 9:45. Your hours say 10. Terrible customer service to cut out early and turn away 5 othercars before you are closed based on your sign. Read more

On the wall Cherry is spelled Cheery and that is a great metaphor for iceberg. The food is good, the shakes are ridiculously... large which appeases us locals very well. The downside is they have 15 year olds behind the register who will mess up your ordermost likely once if not twice. The sides of fry sauce cost like .50. The drive through line takes a while but that?s what youget for going through a drive through after 6pm. You?ll see the dad staring down the staff until his ice cream arrives. Family night eating out night we chose to come here as we really are fans of their shakes to begin with. We ordered: iceberg... burger, three kids meals, grasshopper shake, and chocolate shake. The Iceberg burger was just A-OK, nothing really to come backagain for. I asked extra onions in my burger and although they did oblige, the onions were in square shaped which is strangebecause usually they are in circles. The kids meals were just alright, again, nothing impressive. My chocolate shake is theone thing that never disappoints, it always satisfies and the texture and flavor of it is just my favorite. The other shake -the grasshopper, which consists of mint and Oreo, was a bit disappointing. The vanilla ice cream is mixed in with mint syrup,the Oreo cookies were pulverized (too small), and the vanilla ice cream wasn?t mixed in all the way with mint syrup. Propergrasshopper shake includes real hot fudge mixed in, and this shake was dumped with chocolate syrup. The service was actuallyway better than the food - I will def come back if it was just for the service! Going forward, the only thing I will come backfor is the chocolate shake - via drive thru.
