I was denied a remake or a refund because it would mess up their "bread credits". Do you really place that above your customer's... experience? My wrap was made with a excessive amount of sauce and the wrap barely stayed together when opened. The sauce wasoverwhelming like I was given more of a soup than a wrap. I came to subway with my family. We ordered quite amount of subs. Ms.Sarah & Nyla showed us AMAZING customer service! Ordered on the app. The app said it would be 20 minutes before it was ready, I arrived at the 20 minute mark only to find out... they hadn't even started it yet because they were backed up. Initially I was frustrated but the gentleman working behind thecounter quickly made my subs so it wasn't much of a wait thankfully. Subway is the lesser of the sub chains in my opinion butoverall this place makes a good sub. My only major complaint would be they do not offer mushrooms like other subways do. Read more
